

Elmisaurus was a small, bird-like dinosaur. Some scientists think it may have looked like an Oviraptor but since no skull parts have been found of this dinosaur, it is all mostly guesswork. It had long, thin fingers, and it isn?t hard to imagine them evolving into wing bones.
First discovered in Mongolia, this dinosaur provides more evidence of dinosaur migration between Asia and North America well towards the last part of the Cretaceous. There are some scientists who believe that at least one species of Elmisaurus is actually Chirostenotes
