Dashboard Confessional

The alternative rock outfit Dashboard Confessional hails from Boca Raton, FL, and is chiefed by singer/songwriter Christopher Carrabba. Marking his first solo effort with the release of The Swiss Army Romance, Carrabba also fronted other rock bands such as Further Seems Forever and the Vacant Andies. Dashboard Confessional allows Carrabba to mold simple acoustics with passionate wordplay to make for a delightful introduction to his individual work.

Both the Drowning EP and the second full-length Places You Have Come to Fear the Most were issued in early 2001.
