McFly

The British boy-band McFly includes four busy lads: Danny Jones (guitar/vocals), Tom Fletcher (guitar/vocals), Dougie Poynter (bass, vocals) and Harry Judd (drums). In 2004, the band had a huge success with their first album, "Room on the Third Floor." This album produced several hit songs, including "Five Colours in Her Hair," "Obviously," and "That Girl."

2005 proved to be another exciting year for McFly. The band won the Best Pop award at the Brits, went on a second tour, and filmed their guest star appearance in the Lindsay Lohan movie, "Just My Luck." The boys also took a trip to Uganda, Africa, to visit a charity that cares for adults and children who have AIDS, and for orphans whose parents have died from the disease. All the proceeds from the band's single "All About You" were donated to Comic Relief, which supports this African charity and others like it around the world. Video footage of the band's trip to Uganda can be seen in their music video "You've Got a Friend."
