OMG! More of the, like, same sweet punk pop!

"A Little Bit Longer" is the third studio album for teen-trio hotties the Jonas Brothers. Nick, Joe, and Kevin strut their usual sugar-coated punk rock, with a line-up of tracks full of their JB-brand of layered, expressive vocals, catchy guitar riffs, and lyrics about relationships that you'll want to sing along to.

This CD continues the success of the lovely-locked lads with the same upbeat, urgent pop-rock that has already romanced the Disney Channel audience. With confident and still-young-enough-to-hit-insane-notes vocals and catchy chord progressions, the JoBros keep tweens across the country pumped. "Burnin' Up" is a slick twist on their rock style, while the rockin' love ballad "Shelf" will have fans singing, "La la la la" -- reminiscent of another popular mop-haired band from a different decade. And speaking of bugs, "Lovebug" will make tween hearts go aflutter with quirky acoustic guitar and charismatic vocals. The dramatic declaration on "Sorry" will have hearts sighing, "You had me at 'I'm soooory'," and "Video Girl," which pokes fun at fake girls, will have minds thinking. With a Disney movie, upcoming TV series, and third album under their tight belts, the JoBros keep giving their fans just what they ordered -- a little bit more of Nick, Kevin, and Joe.

Common Sense Note

Parents need to know that there's nothing to worry about when it comes to the Jonas Brothers' music and your kids...unless, of course, you have daughters who like to squeal a lot. There's a lot of talk about fallen relationships or love gone wrong, but nothing more than puppy love. The song "A Little Bit Longer" is a personal ballad about brother Nick's struggle with diabetes.

Families can talk about the Disney powerhouse and the never-ending halo of success that seems to surround all the artists it backs, from Miley to the Jonas Brothers.
